Matcha Mindset

As the end of the semester is getting closer, the space in my brain seems to being getting crowded. In one week my mom is visiting Copenhagen and we are taking a cruise in Greece, I can't wait! BUT, I need to crank out some school projects and organize my life before I run off to get tan and eat baklava.

Sometimes I can set myself up at my desk and focus, but some days I need a change of scene to get work done. If you're capable of drowning out noise around you, I highly suggest treating yourself to a nice coffee or cake and working in a café. I haven't had a matcha latté since last semester in New York, so I went to Fars Dreng in city center. They have two floors and quite a few big tables if you're looking to catch up with friends for a few hours over brunch. One of the few places in Copenhagen with matcha, and also matcha chia pudding I have yet to try. There was one spot in the two-floor café that was open, and it was a private little nook with pillows for someone doing work rather than eating a meal. The atmosphere was perfect!
